If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to either Becca or Charlie.
To attend the wedding ceremony and celebration, please submit your RSVP through the RSVP tab on our website by July 1, 2025. RSVPs will open once invitations are sent.
If you’d like to stay with us at the campsite for one or two nights, there is a $150 per person lodging fee. Overnight accommodations are only confirmed once both payment and signed waiver have been submitted.
All lodging details, payment instructions, and the waiver will be available during the RSVP process. If you have any questions during the RSVP process, feel free to reach out!
Yes! The wedding ceremony and reception are free to attend. Overnight lodging at Camp Sommers is optional and available for a $150 per person fee.
The lodging fee includes accommodations at the campsite in shared cabins with bunk beds, access to shared amenities, and dining hall meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the weekend.
Cabin assignments will be handled by the couple and shared on the wedding day. If you and your group would like to swap cabins or bunks once you arrive, feel free to do so.
Lodging payment is due at the time of RSVP. Overnight accommodations are not confirmed until payment is received.
If you do not RSVP by July 1, 2026, you will be marked as not attending. While we would love to celebrate with you, we are required to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and unfortunately cannot accommodate late RSVPs. This means we won’t be able to provide seating, food, or drinks for guests who do not RSVP on time.
You will definitely be missed! If you’re unable to attend, please select “Will Not Attend” when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Attending” and later realize you can’t make it, please let Becca or Charlie know as soon as possible.
Due to limited space and budget, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If a plus one has been extended, your invitation will be addressed to “Your Name & Guest.”
That said, we know relationships change! If you have a significant other who wasn’t listed, or feel we may have missed someone important to you, please reach out to Becca or Charlie. While we can’t guarantee additional spots, we’re happy to talk it through and see what’s possible.
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults-only. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a fun date night or weekend away, and we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal/ semi formal attire.
Ladies: Midi or floor-length dresses
Gentlemen: Slacks with a button-down shirt (tie optional)
While the setting is camp-themed, the vibe is elevated and formal. Please no jeans, plaid shirts, or white attire.
Below is a link to inspiration and outfit ideas to help guide what “formal” looks like for our day.
We kindly ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride. Whites, Ivories, and Creams.
The ceremony start time will be listed on your formal invitation. Guests staying on-site are welcome to arrive earlier in the day to settle into cabins and enjoy light snacks and drinks.
We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment without distractions. You’re welcome (and encouraged!) to take as many photos and videos as you’d like before the ceremony and throughout the reception and camp weekend.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors if the weather permits and reception will be an indoor area near where the ceremony took place.
We do not have a traditional registry, as we’ve been lucky enough to build a home together already. Your presence truly means the world to us. If you’d like to give a gift, we will have the option to contribute to our honeymoon, with details available below. Cards may also be placed in the card box at the reception.
Yes! We’ll have a self-serve beer and seltzer station, along with a his-and-hers cocktail bar. We kindly ask that you be patient and respectful of others while grabbing drinks.
Our venue is located in Elbert, CO. We’d love for you to stay with us on-site for the full Sommers Camp experience. If you prefer to stay off-site, there are hotels approximately 45 minutes away. We chose not to reserve a hotel block so guests can stay wherever they feel most comfortable. Below is a list of nearby hotels.
Detailed packing list will be posted soon.
Yes! Parking will be available on site.
There is limited cell service on the property, and Wi-Fi in the Dining Hall.
Friday: The wedding ceremony and celebration. Let’s party all night long!
Saturday: Camp festivities, including a two-hour pool session, rope course adventures, and a relaxing campfire in the evening.
Sunday: Farewell brunch to send everyone off with full hearts (and full bellies).
A more detailed itinerary will be shared closer to the date.
